How We Started
Four years ago, we noticed a gap between fashion industry developments and accessible education. Most content was either too superficial for serious learners or locked behind industry paywalls.
We built Raskido to bridge that gap. Our first webinar in March 2021 covered fabric innovation in sustainable collections. Twelve people attended. They asked questions about fiber composition, production methods, and actual cost structures.
That level of specific inquiry shaped everything that followed. We realized people wanted technical depth presented clearly, not simplified to the point of uselessness.
Key Moments
Development stages that defined our approach to fashion education
Platform Launch
Initial webinar series covering textile innovation and sustainable production methods. Focused on Eastern European manufacturing contexts.
Interactive Format
Introduced real-time Q&A and case study analysis. Participants began bringing specific projects for group review.
Expert Network
Established connections with pattern makers, buyers, and production managers to provide practical industry perspectives.
Technical Deep Dives
Launched series examining construction techniques, pricing structures, and market positioning strategies with documented examples.
Regional Focus
Expanded coverage of local fashion ecosystems, retail dynamics, and cross-border production coordination.
Our Lead Strategist
Every webinar reflects expertise built through years of hands-on work with designers, manufacturers, and retailers across multiple markets.
Viktor Sokolov
Viktor spent eight years working between design studios and production facilities, analyzing why some collections succeed commercially while technically similar ones fail. He tracks pattern adoption rates, seasonal color performance, and retail markdown patterns across Eastern European markets.
His webinars focus on the mechanics: how fabric choices affect production costs, why certain silhouettes appear season after season, and what early indicators suggest emerging trends versus passing fads.

What Guides Our Work
Transparent Analysis
We show data sources, acknowledge limitations, and explain reasoning behind trend interpretations. No hidden methodology.
Practical Application
Every concept connects to real scenarios: pricing decisions, production timelines, or retail placement strategies you can actually use.
Participant Input
Webinars adapt based on questions asked and challenges raised. The best learning happens when people bring actual problems to solve.
